Hi guys me and a couple other family friends built my first quad I used to drive my dad's Honda but now I got a 2012 grizzly 700 rebuilt motor with a hotcam in it I still have to put my clutch kit and cdi in but it's good for now now my question we did a rad relocate on it so I'm not overheating all the time but the reservoir tank fills right up empties the rad and blows the little rubber cap off what did you guys do for your reservoir tanks or did you not have problems please help lol I'm supposed to go on a 3 day ride in the next little while and I want it to not have coolant everywhere as soon as I do something any help will be appreciated p.s.

Hey..Jamesv..Welcome to GC from Wisconsin.

Did you install a new thermostat? If so is the thermostat bleeder hole in the 12 oclock position?
Did you carefully bleed all the air out of the system?

We did not install a new thermostat but there is no air in the system and we put the reservoir higher than the rad and that fixed it but it looks retarted

I'm going to do rad relocate on my grizzly soon but I did rad relocate on my can am I didn't move overflow tank l left it lower than the rad in stock position. Just jack front end up real high and let it run and cycle fan a couple times shut off let cool down add more coolant and start it up and cycle fans a couple times with front end in air. Probably take this process 2 or 3 times then should be good. Take it for ride and check one more time add coolant if needed.

I would get it about 2 1/2 feet off ground in front. The key is to let fan cycle a couple times then shut it down let cool off and coolant to level out and then do it again.

You will probably have to add coolant after it cools down the first time or two till all air is out of motor.

Hello im new to atv's i just got a 2011 700 fi 4x4 eps and having a big issue i cant seem to chase down. The bike will not start it has spark turns over with no issue how ever will not send power to fuelpump or injector. Diag gives code 13 15 21 22 and 41. I have power at the fuel pump relay however it is not receiving what ever signal it should get when the key is turned on any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
