alright...going to try my best not to shotgun the questions...but I've had a run.

Long and the short is I had to install a new YUASA dry-ship battery this weekend. Unfortunately I didn't have the luxury of fully charging the battery prior to install...nor did I have time to vent the gases. So I have the following questions:

-I've got it on a smart charger now (low amp)...should I be bracing for the mushroom cloud?

Since I've got your attention - I'm going to go for a second question lol.... do the following numbers seem right?

The voltage at the battery not running is 13.2V

The voltage at idle with no load is 14.3V

The voltage running the winch (no load on winch) is 13.3V

Thanks Grizz Forum!!!

Your numbers are all good.

After the battery sits for 24 hours you will probably see "The voltage at the battery not running is 13.2V" go down to 12.8 v, this is still normal for a battery in good condition after having been charged.
