what are stator resistance or 02 660 grizzly ? thanks to anyone with help

0.32 ~ 0.43 ohms at 20 °C (68 °F).

Your best bet is too download a factory service manual. They are less than $20 from tradebit.com.
All this information (and everything else) is in there.
