First of all, welcome to GrizzlyCentral. Home of everything Grizzly.

What year and why? Are you overheating all the time?
What state you in? Desert?
Have you tried Water Wetter or Engine Ice?
I have a fan override switch where I can turn it on when I want to. I also have in-line temp reducers (see my garage). Finally, have you checked your radiator? Many times it gets filled with mud and get's packed in there good.
If you can, spray your radiator out (inside out if possible).

Try Engine Ice I have noticed a difference with my 550. The cooling fan hardly comes on. Really noticed a difference from the stock coolant to the engine ice. The engine ice will not freeze my bike was exposed to negative 5. Now when i say it will not freeze it won't freeze until like neg 25 or something like that. Properly drain and flush everything before using the engine ice.hope this helps

x2 on making sure radiator fins cleaned out, using Engine ICE, and override switch. Reduced temperature temp sending unit may help to kick fan on a little earlier and minimize range of temperature fluctuations so fan doesn't have as far to catch-up.
Good luck

An 02 grizzly. As long as I am riding it never over heats as soon as I stop the temp light comes on. I wired the fan so that it runs all the time But want to be able to read the temp. And I am not sure if the light will work i might have disrupted the circuit. Really not sure I am new to all this.
