We geared up for a 140km overnight round trip but only made it 30 because of the trail conditions. This is normally a maintained trail that can be done in 5-8hrs on pretty much any quad. Several heavy thunderstorms have left so much windfall on the trail that we ran out of chainsaw gas and wore out the chain. There was a bridge washed out as well because of the heavy rains but it was the trees blocking the trail that ultimately made us give in. We doubled back to camp at the Quinn Creek campground and got pummelled by another storm on our way out in the morning. We had a Wildcat, 3 RZRs, 3 Grizzly 700’s and a Kodiak 700 on this ride. Good times.
