Hey guys I just bought a 2001 grizzly 600. Runs great but my petcock valve has been in the off position while I’ve been riding. It doesn’t matter if I switch to on/off/reserve, it will always run no matter what.
Any suggestions on what I should do?
Also, this joker gets intensely hot after only 10 minutes and the fan in the front isn’t working. Any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

The petcock valve just needs a new smiley face O-ring. It's called a smiley face o-ring because it looks like a smiley face. They will wear or dry rot, then they wont seal.

The issue with the fan could be one of several things. Bad fan motor (most likely), bad thermo switch, or bad wiring.
Test the fan motor by running power and ground to it.....or short the thermo switch wiring.
