Opened up this thread so we can answer questions about our new ATV/UTV radial product lines.

We are currently offering two ATV/UTV radial tire designs, the Rocker and the Growler.

"XOR" means "extreme off-road radial"

"Uber" means "super" (in German) = an 8ply-rated tire with ExD (Extra Deep) Rim Guard Technology.

The Growler is being offered as a Growler XOR in the 25.5" OD sizes and a Growler Uber XOR in the 26.5" and 27.5" sizes. The 25.5" OD Growler XORs are 6ply-rated with standard rim guards, the 26.5" & 27.5" are Uber = 8ply-rated with ExD rim guard technology. 1" Tread Depth on the Fronts...1 1/8th Tread Depth on the Rears.

The Rocker is being offered as a Rocker Uber XOR in all three ODs - 25.5", 26.5" and 27.5" = 8ply-rated with ExD rim guard technology.

Sizes we have for sale now:

Growler XOR & Rocker Uber XOR
25.5x8R12
25.5x10R12
25.5x8R14
25.5x10R14

25.5x8R12 Growler XOR
25.5x10R12 Growler XOR
25.5x8R14 Growler XOR
25.5x10R14 Growler XOR

25.5x8R12 Rocker Uber XOR
25.5x10R12 Rocker Uber XOR
25.5x8R14 Rocker Uber XOR
25.5x10R14 Rocker Uber XOR

Sizes we will have by December:
Rocker Uber XOR
26.5x9R12
26.5x11R12
26.5x9R14
26.5x11R14

Sizes we will have by February (at the latest):
Growler Uber XOR
27.5x9R12
27.5x11R12
27.5x9R14
27.5x11R14

The 26.5" Growler Uber XOR and 27.5" Rocker Uber XOR will be available next Spring.

Here are the MSRPs for the 25.5" tires. The 26.5" and 27.5" MSRPs are not released yet.

PB1031 - 25.5X8R12 GROWLER XOR 6PR - $109.09
PB1033 - 25.5X10R12 GROWLER XOR 6PR - $123.27
PB1035 - 25.5X8R14 GROWLER XOR 6PR - $110.17
PB1037 - 25.5X10R14 GROWLER XOR 6PR - $124.36

PB1021 - 25.5X8R12 ROCKER UBER XOR 8PR - $114.86
PB1023 - 25.5X10R12 ROCKER UBER XOR 8PR - $129.28
PB1025 - 25.5X8R14 ROCKER UBER XOR 8PR - $116.00
PB1027 - 25.5X10R14 ROCKER UBER XOR 8PR - $130.43

You can purchase tires direct from one of our many local dealers that you can find on our Dealer Locator Pit Bull Tires - Our Dealer Locations or you can contact one of these on line dealers:

POLY PERFORMANCE - YOUR OFF-ROAD SOURCE - AUTO|ATV/UTV|MOTO|SNOW|RC
Jeep Parts - Jeep Accessories - Lift Kits - Free Shipping at 4WS.COM
OK Auto, 4wd & Tire

Remember that these are MSRP and that each dealer sets their own prices. Yes, our prices are at the premium level. Yes, we believe they are worth the money in terms of performance, durability and longevity. If you compare them to similar radial tires, our prices are right there. But since we make special sizes 25.5, 26.5 & 27.5 and the fact that our tires run large means that you probably won't be able to compare apples to apples with our tires.

All of our tires are MADE IN THE USA by hard-working Americans. The rubber we use is similar rubber as we use on some of our OFF-ROAD LT tires and anyone can Google our name and read how much people love our stoic-rugged rubber and how much wear off-roaders are getting out of our tires.

Our radial tires cost more because (1) they use our proven stoic-rugged rubber; (2) they run true to size if not bigger in most cases; and (3) they are made in the USA.

The proof is in the pudding...words are just words...so don't believe us...seriously, don't! We are advertising and trying to sell our tires. Of course we think we have the most beautiful baby of them all. Wait until someone you know runs them and tells you how much they like them...then buy them. There are leaders and there are followers....we prefer to Lead the Pack.

my 25.5`s were 1/2 inch smaller than my 27" zillas which =26.5 so they do run a little taller.

so if anybody orders now they get 25% discount on the prices you listed?

if so that`s a great deal on a tire with the quality of pit bull tires.

Yes...25% off the posted MSRP is the deal...plus freight.

I'd jump on this deal. For a tire with our flexible and yet, long-lasting rubber, that runs well on the road, with deep lugs, on a tire that is true to size if not bigger, made in America...and can stand up to the abuse....I'd definitely jump on this deal. But then again...they're our tires. That being said...we don't sell junk because we want repeat customers...and we don't want to have to keep coming out with the "newest model" every year because we didn't get it right the first time. Nope...we feel like we got it right and want these models to last as the standard for many years to come. That's why we make our tires as top quality as they are and that's why they cost more. We want to provide products that are long-lasting and are the best of both worlds...for the off-road and on-road.

Anyway...it sounds like I'm selling and I hate selling. The tires will sell themselves as more people use them. So BUY THEM...

So, what is the main difference between GROWLER & ROCKER.
Rocker has better rim guard, right?
What about terrain?
As per desc. from Your site, Growler is great at mud, sand etc.
And Rocker is also great multicondition tire.
So, which is better from another and in which conditions.

Who need that kind of pattern on the road.
I like the Rocker pattern but looks like For a mud, wood trails rocky hills Growler is the way to go.
Right now I have 27" XTRs (I know... I'm not comparing them to Pitbull tires), I want eventualy step down a bit with the size- 26.5" true hight would be perfect, and weight less a bit-I think.
That's why I ask about true hight.
The XTRs with ITP type 7 beadlocks are heavy enough.

Rats, I thought I might be looking at my new tires, and was going to ask how well the sidewalls flexed when aired down for the snow, but I see they are only offered in 8 and 10 inch wide which just ain't gonna cut it in the snow. Any chance the 25.5s are gonna come out in some wider sizes?

Any body done a review on these tires? Whats the weight on them? I hear a lot of hype from a new sponsor and it could be true but I would like to see some real trail world information about how these tire perform!
Pictures are vage and limited in scope.
I believe this sponsor didn't finish there homework before kicking off a new line on this site.
Prove me wrong, PLEASE!:getrdone:
OK ! Thanks Mike for giving me more information on these new line of ATV tires. As usual I was a little slow and missed the review. I'm still eger to hear more. I love the Bighorns but The look of these new ones has me intrigued?
