Plow For a 2017 700 EPS!

Well guys, I was back and forth between different dealers, different websites, forums, etc.. Anyways, I thought maybe I could shine some light on what you need if you want the plow system I have, or similar. I'll do my best to include part numbers also. Im doing this so others with the 17 & 18's know exactly what they need, because the dealers were even unsure. To for-warn everyone, I didn't take many pictures until it was complete, but I can post pics of whatever you guys need.

Also, my 2017 Grizzly 700 EPS is lifted with the 2" Highlifter lift kit, and i'm on 28x10 tires.

Lets start with the winch. My dealer offered me a cheap-o winch, or an extra 6 months of warranty. I took the warranty. Heres the winch and winch mount I bought.

Winch: Warn ProVantage 2500-s (synthetic rope) Model #90251.
Winch Mount: Warn 95740 (DO NOT BUY IF YOU'LL WANT A PLOW)

These were installed and working fine, all good. Now for the plow.

Starting this morning my buddy and I began to install the plow, You need to take the winch out because the Warn ProVantage Plow mount gets sandwiched and bolted together with the Winch Mount. This is where I ran into issues. The ProVantage Plow mount does not fit the Warn 95740 winch plate.

I had to run to the dealer and get the correct Winch Mount Plate, Yamaha Part #B16-F28MO-VO-OO, and it worked perfectly! Below I will list all the parts I used!

1. Warn B16 F84Y0-V0-00 Front Mount Plate
2. Warn 92100 Push Tube Assembly
3. Warn 80960 60" Tapered Plow (other sizes and styles available)
4. Warn 84526 Pulley Kit (Not required, but for the extra $40 its definitely worth having)
5. Warn B16-F28MO-VO-OO Yamaha/Warn Winch Mounting Plate
6. Warn 84462 Plow Flange Extension Kit (Only Required if you're running a lift and/or big tires!)
7. Warn 90251 ProVantage 2500-S Winch (Synthetic Rope)

I'm not very handy at forums & computers, so I will haveto post the pictures from my phone in a different post. I just wanted to put this write up on here so guys like me who just want the part numbers, can see exactly what they do and don't need. Hopefully this will save someone the hassle that I went through with the winch plate. If anyone needs a Warn Winch Mount Plate, and doesn't plan on running a front mount plow, I have a winch mount for sale! haha. Warn 95740!

Thank for posting the part numbers for others. I had meant to do that. As for the 95740, I did purchase that and installed it on my 18 Grizzly. Not sure where you ran into issues with it but it all lines up for me.

Very Weird! My Warn 95740 winch mount wouldn't fit with my Warn B16-F84Y0-V0-00 plow front mount kit. I found others on the net had this issue also. You could open the holes a good amount and make it work (some guys have done it) with large washers and what not, but I didn't want to do that because these plows take a beating and I wanted the plow bracket bolts to not have any adjustments, as opposed to oblong or slotting the holes.

When I ran to the dealer to grab the Warn B16-F28MO-VO-OO winch mounting plate, I brought the plow mount with me and instantly saw right on the parts counter that the mounts fit perfectly together.

I appreciate any and all feedback, and hopefully I get some snow this week to test this thing out!
Maybe because you went with the yamaha model mounting plate it didn’t mate with the warn model part number. Here are the part numbers I used that fit perfect:

lol, Funny you say that... I tried the Warn parts off Amazon together in march when i bought the machine, and had a smilier situation and said screw it and returned the Warn plow mount. I knew eventually i'd want a plow so I tried to put the plow mount on the same time as the winch. I might be able to find it in my Amazon orders from last march if I look hard enough lol. Whatever the case, I figured it out and made it work now, and wanted to list the part numbers so everyone could have them. Thanks.
Had to park it on some old snow just for the pic, can’t wait to get another storm!
