I am about done with this 660. First it was puking coolant out the surge bottle overflow line, so I replaced the headgasket. Now, it's doing exactly the same thing again. Everything is torqued to spec, new headgasket was sprayed with copper coat as added insurance, and it starts puking.coolant again as soon as I get into the throttle.

New waterpump, new thermostat, new rad and new rad cap with the rebuild.

Is there somthing I'm missing? Or am I about to do another head gasket? I had new valves and guides done at a local engine shop, hoping they would have checked to make sure the head wasn't warped when they had it.

Could be a warped cylinder head.
Could be a cracked cylinder head.
Could be accidental incorrectly installed gasket.

I never put anything on a cylinder head gasket. That can create more trouble than it solves.

I'm pretty sure that the head is warped, I've replaced head gaskets on just about everything imaginable, from big v8s to diesel 4 bangers, never had problems.like this. The first gasket I put in dry, and was recommended the copper coat on the second one after the first failed.

Dunno, bringing it to the machine shop today after work. We'll see I guess.

Wanted to ride this weekend, suppose I can just take the rhino.

Does it do it from startup? or only after it's warm?
