Anyone have any luck with a quality brand Grizzly or Yamaha cover?

Doesn’t have to be super expensive, but one to fill the needs of a cover >>> Looking for a heavy-duty nylon of some sort…

1) Waterproof
2) Breathable
3) Quality stitching & fabric

I’ve done some research, but no one I know promotes one brand over the other. For boats - we go custom & canvas, but that is a whole different story than a Grizzly cover.

There has to be a knock-off brand of quality out there I don’t know about.

I've had a trailerable cover but I will say that in winter the salt spray from the road will get through it and even after rinsing it off it doesn't last long. I have another now just for outside cover overnight to keep the dew and rain off when camping. If It's on with a couple of plastic props underneath, the rain will run off, they're rain resistant, not rain proof. I would suggest if you want something really strong, go see a place where they make boat covers and have one made, sort of a basic box shape,

Cabelas Deluxe Trailerable cover is very well made and reasonably priced for the quality. I have never trailered with my cover on but feel it would hold up fine. Not sure how it would fair with salt grime for continued use. I can say it held up to very strong winds. Worse thing about it is the large Cabelas advertising, front and rear.

I have had the same Cabellas cover for over 10 years. With that being said, I haven't trailered or used it in about 6 (enclosed trailer now). It's nice quality and does pretty well in the wind on the trailer. The issue I had was tying down the machine and having the cover rise over the straps letting the slop in. If you tie down with bonnets or wheel straps, my guess is that it would work pretty well. I need to pull mine out of the bag and see if it's rotted and ruined.

I have three of these. I think I ordered first two through this site years back and then the Grizzly one I got off of eBay.

Oldest one I think is at least 10 years old and my Quads sit outside 95% of the time

That cabelas one looks heavier-duty than a lot of the covers I’ve seen online. Know a lot
are just “water-resistant” instead of waterproof. Some of these denier’s are suspect, but the Cabela’s I need to touch with my own paws.

Usually, do a spring cabelas store run.. so now I have a reason/excuse to go!!

Just so you know... I had to order mine as there were none in stock in the two stores within reasonable distance of where I live. But yeah, it is pretty decent heavy duty material and construction. If you're familiar with 600-denier polyester material, there is a cotton liner under that. Not trying to discourage you from a Cablea's run, but they may not have it on the shelf.
