You jack up the Kodiak and use the suspension wrench from the manufacturer tool kit. Not very hard at all.

The factory Kodiak shocks are not adjustable.
They have adjustable spring preload collars, and you adjust them using a spanner wrench.

Remove the weight off the tires using a jack, then turn the spring preload collar using the spanner wrench. The hook of the spanner hooks in slots in the collar. Then you just rotate the collar.

So no shock adjustments on the 2018 Kodiak 700 ESP SE,,,is it the same as the Grizzle SE shocks

Only you can change the spring rate as per the collar rotation

That is correct. The shocks are not adjustable...only the spring pre-loads.

Most people think and/or call adjusting the spring pre-load adjusters as adjusting the "shocks". But this is incorrect.
