Will a starter from a 350 fit a 300? They look very similar in the pictures. Thanks in advance for any help.

That might help,
Look at the different models here, click on the starter to get the part number then click on the part number.
The next page will show you compatible applications.

It doesn't show that they're interchangeable but man do they look a lot alike. Lol When I type in the part number on the starter it brings up a can-can starter. The plot thickens...

Starters are a bad place to save money in most cases.

I've bought starters from this suppler int the past all good quality.
DB Electric.
Sometimes they don't have a complete list of applications.
This starter will most likely fit but I would call them to be sure.

I rolled the dice on it. I guess I'll find out tomorrow. As long as the teeth count are the same I'd imagine it should work. Thanks for all the input.

Old one was locked up for sure. Didn't dig into it to see why. The can-am starter worked perfectly and was marked down to $60. Now I need to work on the delay it has when he hits the throttle and he'll be set to jet.
