Hey guys I am trying to pull my gas tank off and I started to take things off but I see the gas shutoff valve screw is completely round so im trying to find a way to get it out normally I would just cut a line in it but I can't even get close to it. Any suggestions?

sacrifice a screwdriver bit to glue it with two-component glue so that it "protrudes" so that you can then turn it?

I had this happen also. I cut the plastic tube off the shut off valve close to the screw head. Than used a dermal with a cut off wheel and cut a slot in the screw head and used a standard flat blade screwdriver to remove the stripped out philips screw.

Where did you find a replacement/ what did you do once you put it back together?
