Hi Guys,
I have never owned a ATV and just bought one used. It sat in a guys barn for the last 5 years not in use and the tab is expired. We did a bill of sale but he did not put the VIN number on it because he didn't know where it was and he didn't know were the title was. long story short DMV won't give me a tab until I produce the VIN number. I looked in the owners manual and it looks like its on the front left side frame but I do not see it. Can anyone point me in the right direction or even produce a picture.

They are in that location, but are extremely difficult to see. You'll need to scrub clean the lower frame just inside the left wheel. With a bright light you should be able to find it. You'll need to get a little close to see it as well, so it's best to remove the wheel so you can really get in there.
