I have a '93-'95 not sure on years I had to get a new head got everything set it will run fine out of gear but when I put it in gear and give it gas it pops through snorkel and shuts off and it acts like you have to have throttle half open for it to go I do have a new carb just wanted to see what you guys thought thanks

It is not a 93. The 4x4 version of the T-Wolf was not introduced until 94.

I'm not sure about your engine trouble. Your carb may be too lean. You may need to check your timing. It could be off or the cam chain may be worn.

New timing chain sprocket I'm not 100% on how to set timing I just lined up crank sproket at 12oclock and cam at 12 o clock I'm a automotive tech so not sure on small engines

Ok found out today that I need another head for some reason I was not getting oil flow to the head due to block oil passage can anyone tell me the difference in a YFB 250 AND YFM 250

Not sure, but many Yamahas use the same engines.

Not sure about how to time it either. With the 660, you find TDC, then there are 2 marks on the cam sprocket that line up at 3:00 and 9:00, parallel with the top of the head.
