Just got it back togeather, It will not idle with the choke off no matter what, It seems to be puffing out the carb right before it dies with the choke on half, carb has been apart and cleaned, engine just had a valve job, Has been timed, and valves adjusted, its also spitting out the breather tub whitish watery stuff. I assume this is moisture? I have a few videos that I will be uploading soon, Also seems to be spitting watery stuff out the exhaust pipe and white smoke when I first started it after running it for 10 mins earlier, Another issue I am having is its slipping out of gear, Not sure why? Any ideas?

Slipping out of gear can be a simple adjustment on the clutch side of the engine it's a small screw that says up and down or something like that if the screw looks like it it all in you may need a clutch
