2004 yamaha grizzly 660 Carburetor leaking

The float needs adjusting.
The wire holds the idle adjusting cable laying below the wire.

I could have said float setting needs checking; as once I too had gas running from the bowl drain after installing a different jet......$hit!
I removed the bowl and maybe bumped something causing the float to reposition, and the bowl stopped leaking without finding trash in the bowl or replacing the needle/seat parts.
With clean gas: If the needle/seat leak, gas runs into the engine; if the seat/needle are tight then pressure from the tank above forces gas out the overflow drain.
