Is there any new pieces to buy to fix this. I saw a post in here but it's from 2010 or online somewhere. . Lol. Was wondering if there's a piece on ebay, or any site that u can use to push this in more. Thanks. Idk what is called. I just got a grizzly 660 and looking to fix it up. Thanks for any help. Where i live there is no machine shops that can do what was said in the post I was reading. I think its called the CV axle in the front, people say you have to cut it in half to extend it and weld it etc. But idk anyone or anywhere to fix this. I read this is common for yamaha grizzly. Its a 2004 grizzly. A coupling?. Spacer made. Anyone fix this? Thanks.

Again. Thanks.

I "believe" one of the fix was to oval the bolts for the front diff and move it back 1/4 inch

I don't know of a video. This is really kind of easy. You'll need a few wrenches and socket to remove the front dif 3 mounting bolts. block the lift the dif up out of the way about an inch. Take a round file and elongate the highlighted frame mounting tabs about 3/16" to 1/4" toward the engine. Or use a Dremel if your have one. This will allow the dif to be slide toward the engine taking up the slack of the drive shaft.
Looking at your picture your should also replace the coupling.

Make the holes longer in the direction to side the diff back; toward the engine.
Generally the coupling develops wear due to partial spline engagement.

That is beyond what most members have the skill for.
Sliding the dif back is way more easy. Many members have done that.

sounds like you don't have the skill so you can do what's best for you.
I'm not sure an insult was needed in your comment as you are 100% assuming things.

I was simply stating that the rest of the members can speak for themselves when it comes to skills involved in the fix, reogem did not mention the original poster he mentioned "That is beyond what most members have the skill for". Elongating the holes is the worst hack, I was offering a better suggestion but you guys only see reogem as the top most knowledgeable member instead.
