You hear it over the engine running?

Look for a stick or other object that may be rubbing the floor, rim, brake rotor, driveshaft or ???

Depending on mileage it could be a caliper dragging or a wheel bearing.

 

I know you said tire, but is it suspension related? If so, you should be periodically greasing the 4 zerks, 2 on each side, on the rear suspension. I had to pull the bushings out and clean everything really well one side of the rear suspension for a squeak to go away.

 

That's what it was when my right rear was squeaking. I now apply some grease to the zerks way more often then the manual suggests. Funny thing is that it's always the right side that starts squeaking even after rebuilding/replacing the rear knuckle bushings. I also use aqua-lube red grease. It's rated for saltwater use trailer bearings.

 

I've had steel rims that have cracked and produce a squeaking noise as the crack rubs and moves against itself. So take a really close look at the rims.

 

Thanks for reaching out. I can hear when running and moving slowly. It like once every time the tire does one complete rotation. Visually i cant see debris dirt or rocks, that said i haven't stripped it down yet. The quad has approx. 500 miles

 

There can be a twig or stone caught in the rotor or caliper. Tall grass/weeds can get wound around the axle next to the bearing and hub if you ride in those areas.

I've heard of water and silt can damage a bearing in 500 miles. Usually that is non OEM bearing which shouldn't be your case.

Once per tire revolution almost eliminates the rear knuckle bushings.

Thanks for the replys. Good point even thought the bike is new i think i will put her up on the hoist and go around the bike greasing everything. I'm hoping its not the bearings or bushings yet but I'll have to look further. Although new guess doesn't make a difference.
